Face and body how to have perfect skin all over

Everybody dreams of having perfect skin – skin that is healthy, glowing, and free from blemishes and acne. But not everybody knows the right skincare products and techniques to use to achieve this flawless and perfect skin. But don’t worry, we have you covered. 1. Exfoliate
Perfect skin, wherever it is, is radiant skin. To get this, your skin must be free of dead cells, which stop the light reflecting and make it look dull. 2. Hydrate

3. Beauty sleep

4. Cleanse
Having perfect skin starts with good makeup removal and cleansing. Morning and evening, go for your favourite product - micellar water, oil, milk - then remove makeup and cleanse away impurities which suffocate the skin. It takes about a month for a skin cream to show any visible results. Once a week, treat yourself to a clay face mask (green, white or pink) followed by a hydrating and/or enriching face mask. Your face will be radiant.

5. Moisturise
The skin on your body is thicker than on your face, but it has its own particular imperfections - stretch marks and cellulite. For stretch marks, use specially adapted skincare treatments to even out the skin. For cellulite, choose a caffeine based treatment and used daily, it will get reduce cellulite in a few weeks. Remember to hydrate and moisturise your hands, which are at the mercy of weather and hard water on a daily basis. The best solution is to have hand cream in your bag and to use it throughout the day.
