To match Luma's bold cutout dress and her sassy ponytail, Val Garland created a look that is both innocent and strong. Luma's flawless skin is highlighted with Infallible Golden Beige foundation and dark areas are illuminated with a touch of concealer. Peachy cheekbones bring out Luma's blue eyes. To give the face a strong structure, the eyebrows were drawn with Unbelieva’brow in Warm Blonde. Pigmented with Color Riche Intense Volume Matte in Determinance Red, the lips are fresh and captivating.

Shake well before use and apply your foundation starting with the T-zone, and in a rolling motion work your way out. 
24H More Than Concealer, #332 Amber and #330 Pecan
Apply a small dot directly on to any blemishes or imperfections and pat in using your finger or makeup brush/sponge. Swipe the lighter shade under your eyes and blend out to conceal dark circles and help brighten your under eye. Use the darker shade to contour and help add dimension to your face.
Paradise Blush, #3 Life is a Peach 
Delicately color your cheekbones by applying the creamy texture of this blush with a finger or brush. Smoothe from the inside to the outside of the face.

EYES

 Unbelieva’brow 48H Gel, Warm Blonde
Apply on clean brows, before applying foundation. First, lightly apply eyebrow gel to fill in sparse areas. Then, use the angled brush to outline and define your brow shape. For a more subtle brow look, use the micro-angled brow brush to create hair-like strokes. Finally, comb through your brows with the spoolie and wait for 90 seconds for the formula to set. 
Telescopic Lift Mascara, Intense Black 
Apply by using the front hook bristles to lift and coat your lashes from root to tip. Use the side hook to comb and separate your eyelashes for volume and length. 

LIPS
