Opt for serums rich in hyaluronic acid or LHA (lipohydroxy acid) to really give normal to combination skins an added moisture boost and help them glow. Mature skin has to deal with a number of issues: wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, a loss of fat and a lack of plumpness. Serums for mature skin need to be rich in hyaluronic acid, retinol and antioxidants. To make up for a lack of lipids, look for serums that are enriched with omegas 6 and 9.
