How To Get Summer Soft Skin

When summer arrives, it is important to protect yourself from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet radiation. The sun provides essential doses of vitamin D, but it can be dangerous if your skin is exposed for too long. UV rays can cause sunburn and they also accelerate the effects of the ageing process, causing wrinkles and brown spots to appear. 1. Use Sunscreen
