During the nine months of pregnancy, your skin is stretched to the max. Exercise

After giving birth, stomach skin can be very tricky to tone. Once your doctor has given you the go-ahead, you can start to tone up by strengthening your pelvic floor and abs. Lie on your back with your legs bent, and your hands crossed behind your head. Take a deep breath and, as you exhale, lift your head and upper torso. Then rest. Aim to do 30 a day. Add a second set of 30 stretches, this time touching your knee with the opposite elbow, alternating between left and right.
