Walking is a great way of burning calories with very little effort. Tip : choose vegetables that purge, like asparagus, mushrooms, cucumber and leeks. These are high in potassium, which detoxify tissues.

This will really act as a helping hand in giving your skin a lovely, firm appearance. Massage the firming cream into your desired areas both morning and evening for at least three minutes.

Pour 200ml of boiling water over loose or bagged tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. To reduce fluid retention, try a cherry stem tea. For cellulite, use birch leaves. To flatten your stomach, try a fennel infusion.
