Micrometric Hyaluronic Acid
Micrometric hyaluronic acid (or Low molecular weight Hyaluronic acid) is 1,000 times smaller than conventional hyaluronic acid. It is a fragmented form of hyaluronic acid obtained through biotechnology. Due to its low molecular weight, it can more easily penetrate the epidermis to deliver intense and deep moisture-replenishment. Its action is complementary to that of conventional hyaluronic acid as it promotes the synthesis of hyaluronic acid by the living epidermal cells, located 120 microns under the corneal layer. It improves epidermal cohesion and restores substance to the skin. Micrometric hyaluronic acid is the main active ingredient in the RevitaLift Filler range.
