You work out your body, now work out your face. You can do it at home or in the office (maybe not sat at your desk though). To delay the appearance of frown lines, place your index, middle and ring fingers on each eyebrow and, using a light pressure, smooth outwards while frowning. Keep up the pressure for a few seconds and then repeat 10 times. To reduce forehead wrinkles, place your fingertips on your forehead and smooth upwards. At the same time, try to close your eyes without squinting or frowning (like we said, don't do it at your desk). Hold this position for about 10 seconds, then release.
